- Corporate background, ownership, completed projects, and professional reputation
- Appropriate development approvals, permits, land ownership, and project documentation
- Clear purchase agreements, deposit structures, payment schedules, and closing procedures
- Construction standards, specifications, timelines, warranties, and completion history
- Transparent communication about pricing, fees, taxes, incentives, and ongoing ownership costs
- Ethical, accurate, and professional sales and marketing practices
- Property-management, rental-management, warranty, and post-closing services where applicable
- Willingness to participate in WIC’s education-first and client-focused process
- Openness to independent legal review and buyer due diligence

We begin with a private discovery conversation to understand each buyer’s objectives, preferred destination, lifestyle, intended property use, budget, and timeline.
When an appropriate opportunity is identified, project information and professional introductions are shared privately. Buyers are encouraged to review all documentation and obtain independent advice before entering into an agreement or transferring funds.
